Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
To start a return, you can contact us at hbmobilestrading@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following mentioned address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Thanks for shopping at HB Mobiles. We appreciate the fact that you like to shop with us. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at HB Mobiles. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at HB Mobiles, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Return Policy.
You can return a product if:
- The product delivered is incorrect (not opened and still includes all original packaging)
- A damaged or flawed product compared to the product listed on our website
You can still return a product for a change of mind reason for a period of 10 days from the moment you received your product and we will guarantee a refund in that case, shall the product not be damaged or tampered in any condition and in their original packaging. We might still deduct a fee to compensate for operational expenses. This fee could be between 0 and 20% of the item price + shipping fees which can be of up to AED 150.
If the packaging has been opened and the product is not defective, unused, and has no visible scratches or marks, we will deduct a fee of 20% of the item price + shipping fees which can be of up to AED 150 while making the exchange / refund.
Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
